Social Media (Digg & Delicious) Problem

Dear Warriors,

I'm a newbie on Social Media world, specially Digg and Delicious.
Currently I have 350+ friends on Digg and 400+ on Delicious and
I have several bookmarks on it (all of them aren't my sites).

My question is how to make my bookmarks to be bookmarked too
by 'my friends' or how to make it visible to them..?
