UK Citizen So What W-8 Form should I be filling out?

Just applied for Azgoogle but I am a little bit confused as to what W-8 form I should be filling out there's like 4 or 5 of them, can any one help me here? I am from the UK if this helps.

WOW, offhand, I would say it is W-8ECI I am NOT a tax advisor though. I had trouble enough with my I-9! Can you believe it!?!?!? an AMERICAN citizen with almost 30 years employment and a SSN, having to tell the IRS that I can be employed by a company that employed me for 10 years! INCREDIBLE! What if they voted AGAINST me? Should I get all those millions back, etc...?
