Help Me to Flip my Website Successfully

Well... I'm over working myself right now and I've got too many membership sites and I need to flip 1 or 2 to ease the burden..

How should I decide on pricing?

Best place to Flip the site?

This is a full membership site in the Make money online Niche, has members, all ready setup 100+ pages and 50+ downloads etc...

Watchya guys think?

Your pricing would really depend on the traffic levels and any income.

Best place to flip would really be Flippa.com or here on the WF. Especially in the niche it is in.

If your site is making $1000 profit each month, you should easily get $10,000 for it. Higher earners usually go for higher prices.

If the site is easy to run and maybe "hands free", you could easily set a Buy It Now price of $15,000 and could easily sell it for that.

Again, depends on the specifics of the site which I don't know but those are general figures that are normal, especially on flippa.com

If your site is making between $500-$1000 a month profit, hands free, you can almost guarantee it will sell for at least $5000 on Flippa.com

If everything is as you say, I'd be amazed if it doesn't go for $10,000+

BTW - I've been selling sites on there for several years and pay close attention to what sells and what doesn't. If your site IS completely automated then you're on to a winner

My question to you would be, if the site is automated and making $500 - 1K per month, why sell it?

Even if it wasn't fully automated, I'd find a partner for that site, and still keep at least half the income it makes now. Makes more sense to keep something that's earning somewhat consistantly - at least where you can accure more traffic, and possibly members, then sell for a much higher price.

If you are serious, don't bother with Flippa because it won't get what it's worth. Get a broker, who will most likely value the business at a minimum of 2x yearly net (2-3x is normal).

I would agree with Tony, if you are getting between $500 and $1000 a month then you should easily get $5000 to $10000 for it. Perhaps try a buy it now price of $12,000 or $15,000 - you never know your luck!
