What form is being used on fmylife?

When you click "Submit Your FML" and it drops down. Allowing you to enter a random nickname and then your post.

Anyone know what that is? Tried to Google some possible solutions but that is hard to do when you don't even know where to start.(keyword wise)

    ajax i guess, it not actually a kind of form or a programing language but a web dev technique based in JS and XML. The benefit is that it loads the components instead of entire page.
