Say a vendor has a brilliant infoproduct that he/she wants to sell via Clickbank. What are the major ways (and not so major ways) this vendor would make sure it won't sell very well and not attract many affiliates (other than non-existent salescopy)? At least half of figuring out the path to success is finding out where the path is not, hence this question |

That's certainly true. With just a product, nothing will happen.

The most obvious is using a crappy sales page. Won't sell to customers and definitely won't convince affiliates to actively promote your product. A sales page with a high conversion rate sells itself with affiliates. Especially super affiliates. Then I think % of commission matters. If you give me 75% of every sale AND you have a killer sales page, I'll be a promoting fool for you. John |
