|  Virginia Spam Law Unconstitutional
Virginia Supreme Court rules Virginia antispam law is unconstitutional. Va. Ban On Spam Is Ruled Unlawful Don't think this is going to affect much (federal laws apply to commercial email only), but it's interesting to note there may be a fine line here. What constitutes spam, and what constitutes free speech? (note: If this is a repost, forgive me) |
