AWeber is really pushing it's luck...

OK, we all now about the aweber trouble that's been going on for the last few weeks.

For at least 2 weeks now I've been unable to use my custom mail parsers, which is how I move people from my prospect to my buyers list.. Sooooooo aggravating!

I call their support and the ETA for a fix is a few days. Few days pass, still not fixed. Now there is NO eta.. "They are working hard on it" but no f'in eta?

I understand that the percentage of aweber users actually using CUSTOM mail parsers is probably very low, but still, peoples businesses are relying on this..

Sorry, just had to vent...

Now I am working on a work around...

    Yea, I've been a little dissapointed with Awebers performance lately too, but lets face it, do we really have a choice?

    Haha oh well, they'll get their act together I'm sure...I hope.

    Practically none of my subscribers have appeared in my account today and confirmation emails are not being sent.

    Anybody else experiencing this?

      It's just hit with me...AGAIN!

      The title of this thread is bang on the money...they really are pushing their luck now. What really gets me is that I haven't had any warning...apologies are all well and good after the event, but if we knew these situations were coming we could work around them.

      Right now I'm close to cancelling the one subscription I thought was a lifer. They really need to get this resolved asap.

    They are down. AGAIN. They were experiencing a 2 hour delay adding subs earlier then crash. Of course, I have an affiliate that's heavily promoting one of my products today that is delivered via aWeber.

    AND my back up is 1 shopping Cart which ALSO happens to be down.


    I am SOOOOOOOOOO pissed right now I can't even see straight.

    I've blown $80 on PPC and my opt ins aren't working. So pissed. I am going to switch to SEND STUDIO.

    This is unacceptable service.
