How much returns one can realistically expect from making tutorials with affiliate links in Youtube?

I am planning to make YouTube videos with lot of information and place affiliate links as call to action. Has anybody done the same successfully? If yes how much returns I can realistically expect?

    Its depends on the video you make and how you promoting your video, if you have more subscribers your video will stand in the first page of the google search.

    One thing to take into account that is Ad blockers I have one and I do not see any ads or video ads also no one here can give you an answer you have to test and test again only way

    If you get only 1000 views and if you are promoting your link in the video then expect 10% CTR on your link.

      But there is still no way of determining how many will convert.

      Another question that can never be answered. I can never understand why people ask questions like this. At some level it shows a lack of understanding about marketing and sales. Even when someone can you you an answer that illustrates their personal results, that has no relationship to what another individual can expect as generally you are comparing two entirely different scenarios as no two are alike in offering, content or presentation.

    You don't need to give A LOT OF INFO and close it with aff-link CTA. Just make a product review video on YT and you'll make affiliate commission. That's what I do within the last 4 years for an extra passive income.

    I don't do many videos but I know someone who does and is making very good money promoting high ticket offers.

    His name is Joshua Elder and he is from Utah, USA.

    If you got a Facebook account, you may do a search for his name and add him as your friend which I highly recommend you do.

    He makes about $300K purely from videos. Not just in selling but motivational tips and regular reviews of the membership site updates he signs up for as well.
