Default Jeff Johnson Plugin

I am fairly new to the whole IM thing. I can't believe I waited so long to join this.

Does anyone know about or have any advice on the installation of the new blog seo plugin from Jeff Johnson?

Any pointers would greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Drew

Drew

I have installed his plug in on one of my blogs. It does a good job of walking you through which plug ins you need installed and setting them up for you.

Don't think that it will do everything for you. Spend some time watching the free videos that Jeff provides at Youtube.

If you use bluehost, you will have some extra work to do to get it to work by installing ioncube. Not sure about any of the other hosting companies.

I have to admit that I turn it on and off at time and don't see a lot of difference once you get your blog set up. If you are new and need some hand holding to get your blog optimized, Jeff's plug in does a great job.

It is easy to deactivate if you don't like it

Scott,

Thanks so much for the info. I really appreciate it. How long have you been at this?

I'll make it a point to visit your sight.

If any other helpful stuff comes to mind, I'm all ears.

Thanks again,

Take care & God Bless

Drew

Depends on how you define been at this? LOL

I have been a student of IM for a long long time. I used a lot of the techniques in the off line world. For 20 years I worked in corporate America in strategic planning, marketing, market research, product development, business development, etc.

I took a lot of techniques from online and used them offline. I have only recently started my adventures in the real online world and am having a blast. I love to read and learn so have spent a fortune over the years studying. I think I should have at least an MS in IM .

So I consider myself an advanced newbie. Of course no matter how long I stay at this I will consider myself an advanced newbie.. so I force myself to keep learning.
