In Desperate Need Of Help with WP meta-tags

Hello,

I have been building wordpress sites for a year now and have been ranking really well with my sites. Since the newest updates, every site I create doesn't contain a meta description on google. No meta tags, no meta description. All i get on google is mydomainishere.com and below it it says mydomainishere.com

At first I thought it was the All in One plugin, so I created a site without it and still got the same results. This has never happened before and now every site I create falls apart because of this.

Pllleeeease I need advice. The plugins I use is akismet, all in one seo, google xml sitemaps, link cloaking plugin, wordpress automatic upgrade, wordpress database backup.

I use the All In One plugin and mine is fine, I have the description and meta tags.

You might want to check under 'settings' the 'privacy' option and see if it is selected to public. This is a recent change that they are coming up as blocked to google and search engines.

I had one site that didn't show the meta tags in the search and that was when I discovered this option was wrong.

Oh my god Sheryl! Thank you VERY MUCH!!!!!

I don't get why this is the default now. I never touch the privacy settings. I honestly would of never of thought to look there. I went to the privacy settings and sure enough, the default was set to block search engines.
