Do you have a banner?

Last week I got some really nice banners done
from a lovely person by the name of sandra in
the WSO section to help me promote one of my
free video products.

Now I have not ventured in the banner advertising arena
before so am quite clueless as to where or how to get
maximum exposure of these banners and quickly and
without it costing too much.

All I have done so far (which has kinda been a slow
and tedious approach) is to find and contact by email,
as many website and blog owners I can for cheap monthly
advertising of my banners on their site or if they would
consider a JV where they promote my banner for free but where
I have set it up to make them money (100% commissions)

My question is...Does anyone know of any cheap
but effective banner advertising networks I can pay to
have my banners promoted on lots of blogs or websites?

Or other methods I should try...
