I have heard over the years that Alexa can be easily manipulated, but I also hear from many to use the website alexa.com Do you trust Alexa? I will start. I use it as one indicator of many. Personally I think a site that does better in Alexa is ether viral (popular) or Marketer stronger. |

I use data from Alexa in conjunction with other services, websites, tools and data. So it is one piece of a bigger puzzle, and generally speaking I like it as an indicator of traffic levels.
