Note: Yahoo Search Marketing Phishing emails going around

Dear Fellow Warriors
I've been using Yahoo Search Marketing for a while and I got this strange email. Upon checking further, it is a phishing scam so I would like to warn you guys about it. Here is what the email says:
---------------------------------------------

SERVICE: Yahoo Sponsored Search
EXPIRATION: September, 19 2009

Thank you for using Yahoo Inc service.
We appreciate your business and the opportunity to serve you.
---------------------------------------------------

How did I find out it was a phishing scam? First, the url (shown in the attachment) is fake, and upon visiting the website (I recommend you do not visit phishing websites in the first place, they might have nasty viruses waiting for you, but I used another computer on a standard account to open it), you find that there is no 'https' and the identification which firefox will provide. I hope this helps, and I hope this will bring awareness about this phishing email being sent out. Thanks for your time.

    Hi falcon

Ive had some of them too and so has my husband they seem to be doing the rounds at the moment. Some people though will freak out because they will think that there account has been accessed and click through without even realising.

    kind regards
