can I buy a domain using paypal without cc or dc ?

I once bought a domain using paypal account without any problem but now It seems like I need to add credit card or debit card to complete my purchase. I checked other popular sites and all with the same procedure, ended on the page that I have to add my cc or dc to complete my purchase. I have a verified paypal account but I did it manually years ago. so, is there a way / a site to buy a domain thru paypal only (use one payment method) ?

    Most domain registers allow PayPal.

    I use www.namecheap.com. They allow you to use PP at checkout or to add funds.

    In all honesty, I haven't entered my credit card credentials for a long, long time. There are very few international websites that do not accept PayPal anymore. You can pay for anything from hotel rooms to plane tickets.

    Is your question - can you use PayPal without a credit card, as a digital wallet only?

    As far as I know, no. I don't know exactly but I remember that you should have one active and validated credit card attached to the PayPal account. Others may prove me wrong though.

    So if PayPal is not accepting the payment without a credit card on their end, just add one. It is not like you don't have a single debit card. You have a bank account and if you don't, how do you plan on doing Internet Marketing?

    If you already have one, you can use Namecheap.com and I think most companies accept PP directly.
