Default Problems hosting my digital product... I need help.

I was not sure what section to post this in.

I have a digital product I am selling. My host is Hostgator. I have made many sales so far however a few people have emailed me saying the .ZIP file is corrupt.

So I logged into my FTP Hostgator account with my FTP client and downloaded the file to my computer. I determined the file is not corrupt.

So I then went to my websites product download page and started to download the product to my computer using the same link customers would use to download my product.

My computer starts downloading the file from my website and my firefox browers tells me the file is completely downloaded. However when I go to open the .ZIP file I am told the file is corrupt or incomplete. I tried this many times and the problem still continues. I know for certain the link is not broken and the file on the web host is good.

What can I do to fix this?

The Download manager of the new Firefox Version is Buggy.
Please try another Browser - Opera or IE.

Maybe try rezipping the file into a completely new .zip file and then reuploading over the existing one and testing again.

That might work, but no guarantees. BTW what are you using to FTP?

You might be FTP'ing in the wrong mode. If it's in ASCII mode, it'll upload corrupt. Change it to Binary or Auto.
