Legit way to make money for an IM newbie?

I posted this in the Web Design forum and did not receive a reply. I thought I'd try here. I apologize for the very basic level of my questions. I don't know if what is being advertised is a legit concept or not - to my newbie eyes it looks like a feasible way to make money on the internet. It appears the seller is taking an honest, realistic approach to informing potential buyers of the true potential of such sites.

I thought maybe some folks here who do this kind of thing for a living might take a minute or two to advise me and otherwise steer me toward information where I could learn more about this concept.

I'd really like to know if what is being advertised is something a newbie can easily learn to monitor and administer once it is launched.

I continue to study various aspects of IM and came across this offering on eBay. I have zero technology skills and was hoping that some of the knowledgeable folks here would take a look at this offer and see if it is legit, priced fairly, etc. - and perhaps tell me, if appropriate, what I'm "not seeing in the fine print"! Also - what are the ongoing support requirements for a page/site like this and can they be outsourced effectively and economically?

I would consider having sites like this developed for a few of my hobbies/passions such as civil war related books and art, various categories of modern military topics such as special operations related topics, weaponry, etc.

I hope I am not violating any rules by posting the link to this eBay offering.

Thanks in advance for any input you may share on this topic - I am relatively new to IM and have just started to read about this specific aspect of it.

A example of a legit way to make money online is to do affiliate marketing, sell other peoples products for a commission.Clickbank is a good place to start looking.You can also join a online business opportunity, like SFI for instance.It´s good to know that it takes time and effort to make money online and that there really is no shortcuts to riches.

Hi:

The first thing you need to remember that learning internet or affiliate marketing is a process. Once you've learned the process, you can repeat it again and again. Look for a proper mentoring site. Someone...not necessarily a guru....but someone who will demonstate things step by step. Those sites are few, but you can find them.
