What is the best way to prevent duplicate content.

I hear you should create differenet versions of your article and then submit them to article directories.

1. Put article on your website
2. Put rewritten article on your blog
3. Submit different version of article to article directories linking back to your website and blog.

What is the best way to do this. I hear Unique Article Wizard is a pretty good software. Also a new one if found. Magic Article Rewritter and Spinner.

Any opinons on the best software and how to rewrite articles and submit them to article directories.

I will appreciate the feedback,

Thanks,
Ray

You have to avoid those spinners that use single word synonym and go with a set up that allows for whole phrase spinning, try this freebie to set up your spin article

That looks like a helpful tool, Jon, thank you. I'm getting ready to have a VA spin my articles, and this one may be easier than many of the software I've bought to help with that task.

    Warmly,

I just can't see the point ! because it spins the article and leave it without a true meaning ..

This is complete rubbish. Good article spinners work by not changing the true
meaning of your original article. I've posted on this a good number of times in
this forum, countless examples of properly spun articles can also be found.

I second that Glen. While I cannot comment on spinning software, I can say that as a writer, it's easy to spin an article several times, as is the requirement should you wish to use UAW.

Not sure about the 30% though. The site I write for, and promote, insist rewrites are done to a minimum of 40% as per dupecop check. When I rewrite for clients, I always aim for about 60% uniqueness but I must admit, depending on the article I'm rewriting, I sometimes only manage to get it in the 50's.

Then again, if you saw some of the rubbish I'm expected to rewrite, you'd know why. Good quality article are far easier to rewrite than simple fillers as there's more to work with, thus allowing you more freedom of moment.

I save more time outsourcing the rewriting tasks. I used to rewrite without any software. What I did is to rewrite each sentence which can be time consuming. For 400-word article, it takes about 15 minutes for rephrasing.

I also do manual rewriting of these articles and I get used to it. Although I could consider a system for it but still have to wait for someone who could really say it is worth buying.

What's the "best" way? Write new, original content every time.

When I started out, I wrote all new content. Fact is though most content on a subject have certain characteristics. (try writing about digital cameras without talking about lenses, pixels, megapixels, storage etc.) Point is, most related subject content has at least some commonality.

Even rewritten content has the same issue so I started using dupecop. It compares the uniqueness of various versions of an article against each other. Anything greater than than about 40% unique is considered ultra conservative while some folks have said a 20-25% uniqueness percentage is more than enough to satisfy search engines.

At one time DupeCop was a free web based product with a low cost desktop option. I just went out to the site and the program is more expensive and the web based option now is going membership but it's only 5 bucks a month so it may be an option for some.

As for spinning content, I've tried a lot of products and ended up being very satisfied with Content Composer. Not cheap but 50+ very readable and truly useful articles can be "spun" in less than a couple of hours with at least a 40% completely unique content among the created articles.

Simple - just get your articles done by using one of the article writing services. Unfortunately, I don't think I'm allowed to recommend the one I would like to, as I'm promoting them.

put links on the first paragraph. when the scraper dupes your content, you will get a backlink from their post.

We need to be clear about duplicate content in the first place.

This refers to content that's within 30% uniqueness on the same
    domain
. Spreading identical works over the Internet is not classed
    as duplicate content.

However, I would be inclined to at least spin your title and first paragraph.

I have software, but when I reread it doesn't make any sense. I think the best way is to rewrite it in Microsoft Word. Change The title, body and Search And Replace Keywords, then you can even change words using the thesauraus, Just an idea.

Rewriting it yourself will take a lot of your time, but at least you get to add your own style unlike using these automatic rewrite softwares. I make sure theres a 40% difference. At times I just use the PLR as a guide and make my own articles. When I first started I forgot i wasn't the only one with these rights, so when I submitted them I would get a duplicate content mssge, Newb move!

I actually got Magic article rewriter + Submitter Not too long ago, It's not too bad, considering what it actually does, but you will never-ever get the amount of backlinks shown in the example videos, it claims to submit to around 6-7 hundred directories, but you will get some that fail while going through the registration process, some that fail on the activation process, then some fail to get submitted when you submit an article, then finally, some get rejected. That really adds up, and is always more fail than success.

The most I have actually been able to submit is around 60-70, and they are very low PR directories, and have yet to be inexed

But I like the rewriter, and the submitter would be the absolute bomb if it didn't fail so much!

I also purchased MAC, but was pretty disappointed with that piece of software, and would recommend Magic rewriter over MAC any day

Although I am sure that there some decent article spinners on the market, the best relevant content is original unique content. There are many content writing services that are very affordable and content is well written. If you are hand off type of person, I would definitely opt for outsourcing content writing.

Just spin the content enough that it doesn't look like the original,
but at the same, it's readable by the average person. I've seen
way too many spinners with content that is difficult to read.

I don't think that Google's duplicate content penalty just focuses
on a paragraph on a web page and compares it to others. They
are looking for full articles that are duplicated on the same sites,
or sites on the same IP, or sites using the same site templates, etc.

Imagine how many news sites would have a duplicate content penalty if
Google was penalizing sites that had posted the same news stories.

If you really wanted to make a serious impact in a niche, then you'll probably
need a LOT of articles. Outsourcing can be a very expensive option to get
the required number of articles, but properly spinning can get the job done a
lot faster, and much more cost effectively.
