Responding to Haters on Product
Hey guys, I recently was dealing with a really aggressive hater who was spreading and spamming negative reviews over an e-book I was made. I made this counter response which worked pretty well. Basically reversed the tables onto the person and she disappeared. The post is as per follow.

There was a time where I was in a gaming clan filled with everything controversial you can imagine.
But as time went by, I began to lose people who I cared about. People who I supported through their break ups, surgeries and many more.
It was toxic
What I'm saying is that Im not perfect, no one in this world is a saint and I have been in some of the most toxic communities ever especially during my tenure as a soldier.
But Im not ashamed to say this is part of my history and the realization I had that I was throwing my life away addicted to video games and trash talking in MMOs.
What has happened cant be changed and while some of those screenshots as you guys have passed to me are fabricated events which did not happen at all I want to say.
Yes, at some point of my life, some of those did happen. But that person isnt the person standing before you today.
Im proud I underwent that experience, our joy and community today would not be possible if it wasnt for those moments no matter how ugly they look.
For that, its been a great honour to learn and become a better person, a real person not an angelic flawless diamond that so many people forced themselves to be.
Let us put down the past and be a new person tomorrow. Never let your past stop you from being who you want to become. All of us have a story to tell but we are all afraid to be shunned upon for being less than perfect or less than someone we model after.
Today I will be the first to walk out of the shade and show how beautiful it is to live in the moment!
Thank you for supporting me and dont be afraid to walk out of your fears. Lets stop the hate and show this to any of your friends whom you think could use this as a stepping stone to move on from the past! Are you with me?

I believe the worst way to deal with a hater is to confront them aggressively. I kept real and honest to what has happened in the past, while not destroying the dignity of the person in question. Actually before this didn't know how to deal with them, but I just thought about it suddenly and it worked very well.
I embrace my past, my imperfections as a person. And overcoming my worst fear of my past haunting me was very good in feeling. Not sure if this could help anyone else but I figured I'd post it here haha. What do you guys think?
