Improving my Site Before I Sell It

I finally got my first site finished. Thanks to everyone here who answered the questions I had.

Now I just need some constructive criticism to help make it better. Here's the link.

As you'll probably notice, the adsense ads aren't displaying right. The one on the left is always a psa and the one on the right never displays at all. If anyone can help with that it would be much appreciated.

Also, the content is PLR and I plan to sell on ebay, if that makes any difference.

I have some cat content that I created almost 2 years ago along with some other stuff that I never did anything with. Let me know if you are interested. I will take a look and see which hard drive it's on.

Yes the adsense ads are not displaying at all or are showing PSA's. Check the code again. It usually takes only up to 15 minutes after creation of ad block code for it to start showing normal ads.

That would be great, I doubt this is the last cat site I'm going to make, any content would be appreciated.
