What would you consider to be the essential desktop programs for anyone in the MMO niche?

    MMO isn't niche.

    The niche is the specific within. i.e Twitter Marketing.

    You might then, have tools related to Twitter on your desktop which you are using to make money.

    OK. So far we have a word processor, screen capture, screen recording, presentation creator, speech to text program, media converter, image editor, and an archiver and extractor program.

    Any other applications?

    just curious, what is the purpose of this thread. I mean people are just listing software they have and use but not giving any reason or helpful advice about it. Myself included. I listed Dragon, but no one knows why and no one seems to care.

    There are products being put out every day. Some repeat themselves in function and purpose with only a few changes. Newbie marketers should have a list of necessary products that they should have on their computer.

    You look at a pitched product. Compare it to what you need and decide if the purchase is worth it.

    If you want to expand this thread and give more product information, I don't mind.
