Hi All Thank you to the Warrior Forum..... again I somehow got a virus called "Windows Security Centre" popping up all over the place. I use CA Security Centre, but presumably unwittingly let this trojan horse in somehow. I tried Avast Professional and Super AntiSpyware, CCleaner etc etc NOTHING seemed to have any impact..... so then I was searching the forum and found MalWareBytes' Anti-Malware ..... ALL FIXED a big sigh of relief and thankyou to the forum and everyone who contributes ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() regards Graham |

I use open source stuff - it's great...! I use Avast! - Free scan. It has excellent reviews. And, I use SpyDoctor to elimiate spyware, malware, adware, etc. |

What you've got is a virus. Hmmm. Nod32 and Avira are topping the charts with the experts! |

yeah, Malwarebytes is good. I use Zonealarm, Spybot and AVG. Havent had a problem in over 2 years. However, you must keep your protection updated at least monthly. That's what I do.

Considering that the OP has only 4 posts, and malwarebytes is a commercial affiliate product, I doubt if he was only promoting the use of the software.
