Where do I find affiliates?

Any suggestions on how to find affiliates for my site/product without signing up for Clickbank or other similar site???

Go ahead and let me have it if you think I am foolish for not signing up for something like clickbank.

I'd recommend for starters hiring a well known JV Partner / Affiliate Manager who has an existing network of affiliates. That's a good start external to going through any payment/affiliate systems.

Alternatively we do have this: https://payments.warriorforum.com/affiliate-marketplace

If you're using Warrior Payments, your product will be listed in the affiliate marketplace and affiliates can request from there to help you sell your product.

Are you saying affiliates (mostly complete strangers) should trust your honor system of giving them their commissions using your own payment method based on their referral sales that you track through your own tracking system?

    LoL!

Very good point. We have been wrestling with the idea of trusting what others might do to our brand. We need to consider that others may struggle to trust us on the financial end of things.

      Thank you!

This is a really good point. Unless you're authorising instant commissions or asking users to turn themselves into affiliates, you're going to have to struggle more to gather affiliates on an independently hosted affiliate system.

Yes - I understand much better now. We were worried about others credibility, when we need to be focused on creating our own!

For the beginning time of launching, I think you should cooperate with some big and trust affiliate network to increase both your sales and brand awareness. When you have truth or big enough you can do it your self on your own system. IMO

I would suggest a network like warrior plus or jv zoo. They already have people who can promote your products. You can get software and run your own affiliate program. Do a Google search for Affiliate or MLM software... If you do this you will spend a lot of time recruiting to get the affiliates. If you go with an established company you only have to promote your product and get the affiliates excited/motivated.

You need a credible third party to take care of this. So, you can resort to JVZoo to handle your affiliate program.

    Good luck!

Use jvzoo, then promote it on muncheye and similar sites.

Honestly, you're really going to need a network like JVZoo or CJAffiliate. You can't just introduce your affiliate program to AMers without showing a solid proof they can trust it.

I mean, it won't hurt, would it?

I agree, The fastest one for approval is JVZoo, I think.

You should first obviously join sites like CB and JV Zoo.

Then start googling the keywords in your niches to find
sites related to your niche. Are they selling products like
yours? Email them and tell them about your product.

Start offering bonuses and prizes for affiliates who make
    the most sales.

Search your niche on Google, there's the sites that already have the traffic you want.

    Contact them, make an offer.

It's no different than offline, talk to people, all they can say is NO which isn't a big deal considering there's thousands of other niche sites to pick from.

Have a look for relevant ads on here: https://mymediads.com

I have found a few good people on there, but be careful, not everyone on there is actually legit... As long as you screen then properly it can be a good source of new leads.

Why reinvent the wheel? Just use the existing systems and concentrate on making your product better.

Clickbank in one of the best networks online. You should not avoid them. First before you go looking for affiliate does your page convert? What are your epc's?

You will not get any affiliates worth while if your product does not convert.

Once you know and you have proof to show then go to places like clickbank, jvzoo, warriorplus and start contacting vendors and ask them if they will promote your page.

Again show them proof and make a special deal just for them... ;-)
