Exit Popup Software???

Hi,

Anyone know of exit pop up software where you can actually control
the amount/frequency it pops up when one exits your website.

I just got one of these softwares and inserted the code into
one of my webpages but when one leaves it pops up which is good
but then it keeps poping up until page is closed with this popup on it.

Can be a little annoying...
