Can I add just a quality sticky post to my Wordpress blog and only post low quality spun articles until it starts to rank better? Then, when it does start to rank, just delete the old articles and begin posting new ones? Will deleting old content effect your ranking? Thank you. |

Sure, If the quality content that you're going to 'sticky' is highly keyword optimized then when you get rid of that content, your on-page keyword quality will be reduced, thus reduces your weighting in the search engines.

Thanks guys. I'll look into the PLR option to help make things more legit. Over time I plan to "polish" everything up. Hi Rob, Thanks. That makes sense. Simply removing the content will remove the keywords, which will diminish its weight with the search engines. I can see how this can affect my on-page keyword quality. Thank you. |
