Google search console not loading properly

I have received Google AMP error message in my Google webmaster tool. When I open that message, I see nothing. I am getting the blank page. Not only this issue, but my fetch as Google option is also not working for so many months. I don't know why it happened. Please, anyone, tell me the solution.

    You can delete the site or you can create another account to see the problem still persist. Also make sure that you site is allowed to visit Google bot.

    I have two websites. I have checked fetch as Google option with two websites. But that will stuck at loading.
    Can I create another Google webmaster account with the same email or will I have to use another email?

    I was using Google chrome. I have signed out from Google account. Cleared cookies and cache. Resigned into account. Still, the issue persists.
    I have used Mozilla firefox. Still, no luck.
    I have used Internet Explorer. Still, no luck.
    I have used Opera. Now it is working properly.

    If anyone knows, what might be the reason please let me know. Google search console working fine only on Opera browser. How can I use it in Google chrome?
