Getting Hijacked Goolge Local Listings Back

I have a potential client whose Google Local listing is being hijacked by the previous owner of the business. The number and address are correct but the previous owner has inserted their new domain name for their new business they started.
How do you go about getting this back into the control of the new owner of the business and keep the previous owner from changing the info?
Second question is that the previous owner kept the domain name which is the businesses name and is now forwarding that to his new website. Are they basically screwed since the name is not trade marked? Or do they have some recourse on this.
Finally, the previous owner has hijacked Yelp, Yahoo Direcotry, Merchant Circle etc. Again the number and address are correct but the website goes to the new site of the previous owners new business.
