Why would they sign up? Are you offering an interesting incentive? Is your opt-in page appealing? Are you sure these page visitors real people and not just bots?

Take a look at these things, particularly the incentive and see what you come up with. Also do some A / B testing to find out what will work best for you.

You haven't given enough information for anyone to know.

Giving more detail will get you much better quality replies.

Probably viewers of your page are not your target audience.

Or... give more information what you need.

To broad with your question. Where is the traffic coming from? Is it targeted? If you say yes than your page needs to be optimized for the conversion!

As DWaters said, you may have a large number of views that are not human and will never sign up for your offer.

Analyze where the traffic is coming from and what was the reason those viewers decided to come to your site. Were they referred to you? Were they promised something if they came? If so, you may not be satisfying their reason for visiting or visitors may feel you have nothing more to offer.

Visitors need to be compelled to take action ... often the offer itself, the offer copy, or the incentive to take action is not strong enough. So ask yourself: "Why would a random person online sign up for what I have? What's so great, valuable, or compelling about what I offer?"

    Good luck,

I had a little time, so I tried loading those links. The first two, the links don't work. The third redirects to a search page for the url, and the last one comes up 'this domain for sale'.

The idea that people may not actually be seeing your offers might lead to something...

    As John McCabe said,

If you offers are not being seen--then that is why no one is signing up.

However, the point still stands as others have said, you have to give people are reason to sign up.

You need to think about your niche--what would entice people to sign up.

A five week mini-course, a free ebook, etc.

    Hope this Helps.

    vathaniariyam.com:
Your image of the rose is too large and somehow pixelated. People have to scroll down to read your articles which is not good. Try to reduce the size of your image.
