35 leads generated, maybe New opportunity, Help!!

Hello Warriors!
I think I've found an opportunity and would love any valuable feedback! I run a female focused Instagram page with over 30k followers, majority of them being entrepreneurial minded women. I've been able to successfully monetize my profile through shoutouts & course sales and have been able to consistently generate a full time living solely from Instagram profits. I recently offered telephone consults that were coaching related which led to 35 slots being booked within 48 hours of posting, I had to pause signups due to the overwhelming demand. I'm wondering if there were a way that I could do the same for other female focused brands and sell the leads/ appointments. I've been in the leadgen space before but within a totally different industry, my biggest obstacle would be what to charge per lead. Any insight would be amazing!

    Curious how this turns out. It is nice to be overwhelmed by too much business, is there a way you could do the coaching by a video series instead of 1 on 1?

      Hi Mike! Thank you, that's a great suggestion! I could definitely do a video series to help with streamlining. I'd just have to make sure that it resonates equally across all industries, my audience is accustomed to the content being customized depending on their industry if that makes sense.

      Hi Ozi,

      I love your idea of a JV, this is along the lines of what I was looking for. My brand is an "Academy", I was thinking of doing this model with a few select coaches and assisting them with securing a full calendar. I'll definitely report back the outcome, working on getting something concrete set up this week!
