The Only Wordpress Plugin You'll Ever Need

I see lots of threads about wordpress plugins. Mostly, it's people asking for a list of the best plugins to use.

The problem is that each plugin has to be installed and activated seperately, and this can be quite time consuming.

So how would you like to be able to install and activate all your plugins in one go?

Welcome to Plugin Central and 'No' it's not the only plugin you'll ever need. Whoever made that statement by the way? But, it's possibly the only plugin you'll ever need to 'install'.

The way it works is that you install Plugin Central, and then you can give it a list of all the other plugins you want, and Plugin Central will install them all for you with one click.

How kewl is that?

You still have to determine what other plugins to install, but here is a list to get you started. And all you have to do is copy and paste the list into Plugin Central.

The plugins are listed in alphabetical order. Just add and remove plugins as you see fit...

      No worries, TL.

      One of the reasons I favour XSP over WP is because of all these extras you have to do on WP. People say WP is easy, but me thinks XSP is a doddle in comparison.

      Anyway, tools like Plugin Central are helping to even the balance.

    Another plugin that should be considered is one that actually save you time at the beginning (about 20 mins)...

      I'll check that out. The more killa tools the merrier, and the sooner WP will come of age as a true website development platform... IMHO opinion of course.
