Unable to contact Google API service ?

I was trying to use googlerankings.com for a few days
buy I'm getting this message:

Unable to contact Google API service. Please try again later.

I wander if other can access google api service?

I don't know about that website but if there is a problem accessing Google Api, all of the services that use this api will be offline until it is reachable.

I am also facing similar problem from last 2-3 days. I don't know what is wrong is there a problem at there end or they are rejecting my API id.
