Help me make some small cash

Hey there warriors,
ok I've got some online businesses up and running but don't have a huge amount of time to invest in them outside of the 9-5 at the moment and I'm looking to do some work online to make a some steady income online each week for a few months.

When things quieten down in the 9-5 I'll redouble my efforts into my own ventures.

Does anyone know any good places online where you can "work" a few hours a week for a reasonable wage?

I know this is not your typical warrior forum thread but the way things are at the moment I'm just not setup to be spending the time I know I need to spend to get my own ventures generating a half decent profit.

I'm not really looking for a standard - go find some freelance jobs on guru.com etc.
More like are there reputable sites online where you can become a virtual part time employee on a short term basis?

    Hey Ed,

    I would think that instead of just doing virtual employee work, (which is cheap and outsourceable), offer a service.

    What are your special skills/talents? What could you bring to the world?

    Think about what you can really do for people and then market yourself. Even if it's just article writing or something along those lines, you can make nice cash off it if you create a good system and tap into where the demand lies.

    it is way more reliable to offer a product or service. even just affiliate marketing can put a few extra hundred dollar in you pocket each week.

    you dont have to go hardcore just a few hours a week should do the trick.

    if you are looking for opportunities like what you are looking for you are likely to run into a lot of scams, or you can find an internet marketer and just work for him or her.

    just doing some type of assistant work

    Services that many of my colleagues hire VA's for are article distribution, setting up of profiles on social network sites, blog set up, research, copy writing, media release writing and posting, transcription services to name just a few. Hourly fee can range from $10 - $50 on up. Depending on the skill set, experience, track record and complexity of the project determines the level of pay.

    You may want to spend an hour or two writing out a list of things you are qualified to do, what you enjoy doing and who would likely be a great candidate for your services.

    You could develop a simple landing page with an overview of services.

    Once you get the word out and get one or two clients you may likely get referral business. When I find someone good I always recommend them to others if in fact they are looking for additional work.
