My SEO title has disappeared

hello folks,

Yesterday i changed all in one seo plugin with Yoast, and exported all my settings to new plugin. Today when i checked the google, it turned out that instead of seo title and description which i have inside my static homepage, it only displays "Site title" which i have in theme customizer....

any suggestions how to solve this problem?

    Try posting this in the SEO Forum where it belongs... You would get better answers from the SEO guys...

    You have to manually set up the things in Yoast SEO. Wait for few days to re crawl by Google bot.
