Need Top-Notch PHP Programmer

Hey Warriors,

I just got an email tonight from a PHP programmer who was 90% finished a project for me that he was quitting, effective immediately. No notice or warning either.

It was a project that was promised to be delivered within 2-3 weeks that he took 3 months just to deliver the first draft. It's now 5 months after I hired him and paid him in full and I still don't have a finished product.

So I need someone top-notch to take over that project... possibly add 1-2 additional features... and agree to stay on for customer support. Someone who answers my occassional email within 24-48 hours would be awesome. My previous programmer thought 2-3 weeks to answer an email was being timely.

If it's a mutually positive interaction, I have another project that I would offer for future hire or even as a possible JV.
