How many offer do your promote each week?

Hello dear affiliate warriors, I was just curious to know on average how many products do you promote each week?

Do you focus on building a good relationship with your list and promote good and quality products only?

How do you decide which product to promote and which is not?

Do you choose products based on your list?

Thanks in advance :-)

      +1 quality over quantity.

Always find reputable dealers who are active with their support as well. There's no point selling a product where the product creators aren't supporting their own product.

For me, I promote a lot of tools to the Warrior Forum. Particularly tools that I would use and recommend. Here's what I look for in a Creator:

      a) Their expertise is in their field of niche with that product (ie. Why is an adwords guy making a tool for graphic design? *shrugs*)

      b) They actively support their products and develop the tool

      c) Have a straight forward support line or team to communicate with

      d) Are passionate in their industry

As Rory suggested as well, promote 'value' not just products. There's a reason why these products exist. It's just a matter or establishing if they're right for your audience.

(side note: if anyone has great value they'd like to share - I'm all ears!)

Although my daily emails contain some quite aggressive product promotions, they also provide unique and niche-relevant content not found anywhere else.

To help increase open rates, I also will use "teasers" - blurbs and short previews of articles in upcoming issues. Content also includes tips, jokes (good ones), stories, etc.

    Well for me.
Since my main point of lead generationis through email.

I send out 1 offer per day each with different verticals up to a week then after I week I cleanse my list of users that don't open or engage with my emails.

Of course my list is already targeted and are straight consumers lists but if you're building a list and engaging with your subscribers.

    I suggest this format.
Send out articles or other related sources or information regarding your niche then send out on every 3rd day then tally the non engaging subscribers after a week of mailing then rinse and repeat.

Why don't you clean up your list after 1 week? Is it for not making your list big enough with non engaging users or not for increasing autoresponder costs?

You could try this. Export the list of non engaging users every month and then put them on a self hosted autoresponder and keep them mailing. Have you every tried this? Thanks :-)

I just promote one page. My landing page! Then my system and emails do the rest for me. All I do is focus on sending traffic to the top of my funnel.

Just curious what kind of system do you use? Do you use CF or LP? Thanks :-)

I don't promote any product per say.

    I promote 'value' daily.

However, on the back end of all that, I offer only one product / system.

Theoretically, my subscribers can get a new product offer every day. After every purchase, buyers are moved to another list promoting the next product in queue.

On average, however the same product is promoted daily for up to 4 months. Non-buyers are deleted after every promotion cycle. This marketing strategy produces exceptionally high overall funnel conversion rates.

I know I probably have lost money, but, I always promote products that I feel are quality.

A lot of the time, they don't convert as well as the "flashy" products--at least in the niches I am in--but I am happy with it, becasue at least I know that I am not promoting junk

I liked the sentence - at least I know that I am not promoting junk

      Thanks for your opinion :-)

I just rotate the offers that I currently have. The more that I have at any given time the better, as I ideally want to send the same offer as few times as possible in a given month. Obviously, they have to be good offers that convert. I don't send offers just for the sake of it.

I usually promote 1-2 products each week.

When I say 1-2, it is because what and how many I promote depends on the quality of the products.

The best way to know if the products are good or bad is to either get review copies from the vendor to try for yourself.

Or buy the products before deciding whether they will be the right choice for your subscribers as well.

Too often marketers promote just for the sake of making money which is not a right move.

But I don't blame them since I used to have the same mindset myself.

Need to pay bills and support myself and family.

    Pretty much the same issue.

But ultimately from my years of experience in IM, I began to realize people don't just buy from people.

They buy from those they liked and trusted.

Based on what they NEED and what they WANT.

    Remember my bold words.

In my opinion, 2 offers are enough to promote for a week. Of course, you have to promote them every day to your list or audiences. I wonder how long should the promoting last? If they are a hit, I think there's no problem, but what should you do when your offers are not a hit.

Many people do it and I just don't understand why do they think every offer they promote is going to be good for their list. I think they just love to promote either it is going to to be converted or not doesn't matter!

I send two offers a week, 9-12 emails for each offer.

7 hours apart for each email.

Kinda like how Michael Cheney does it.

Right now I have three different affiliate programs I am promoting in total. I like to promote one program at a time for a weeks duration before moving onto my next program the next week, and so on and so forth..

I send out one purely promotional email for every two content messages.

However, I soft sell in those two content messages, suggesting a product at the end of the article that is related to the content (bum marketing tactic).

I also include links to my websites and squeeze pages after my name when I am signing off.

WE HAVE NOT TO BE AFRAID OF PROMOTING GOODS

    Some of newbie marketers are.

Even if the evidence shows that promoting emails are opened often more than content.

    What goods to promote?

Goods you rely in and tested.

I mean you build an audience around a specific topic, IT'S IN THE DISCOURSE, IN THE FLOWS you are building with them that u have to promote products.

For an example: if you are givin a sequence of mails with quality content about affiliate marketing, it's reasonable to promote the best product you tried to succeed in this topic.

So i mean, the product has to be linked to what your previous content emails are about.

I only send one email a day, but I usually hear all the marketers that are killing it say they do 3 or more a day. I also know that when I am on their lists it seems to be true. I only suggest tools I believe will be helpful to the audience. There are plenty of good quality tools without having to try and sell something substandard.

I get very annoyed when I receive more than 2 emails from the same person daily. They may be killing it with other subscribers, but I personally am unsubsribing from their list.

I treat people the way I like to be treated, If I hear from a person more than once a day they're binned. I don't like to hear from people more than 3-4 times / week and my autoresponder is set to that. I send out a ratio of 1:5 (one offer to five content), I really like to build engagement and encourage feedback.

To answer the question I only have 5 funnels and send out one offer per week so it make be many weeks before my list moves through the offers, there are always short cuts I'll never say no to money. Occasionally I'll send out a JV offer if I think it hot and relevant.
