Quick and probably simple Resell Rights question

Obviously Resell Rights products state that you cannot change anything in the product. However I'm just uploading the salespage to one and wondered if the salesletter content can be changed.
In particularly the authors signature?

Not that I want to change it. But just wanting to know the normal proceedure.

Generally you can change anything in the sales letter,
you just can't change anything in the product but
if you want to be 100% certain, then contact the author
or person who sold it to you.

You should be fine with changing the sales letter (see the permissions that come with your Resale Rights, usually found within the "ReadMe" text document)... unless stated otherwise, you should be fine.

it most cases you just cant change the actual product (like putting your name on it).

It all depends on the agreement that you made.

Read the rights, and better yet, contact the seller and ask
him personally.
