A customer reported that he is unable to select a card type (visa, master...) when paying with a charge card i.e the drop-down list is not shown. I've also tried and it seems to be true Harvey |

Card types are not strictly necessary - the card number shows what type of card it is. Has he tried just entering the requested information and seeing if the sale goes through?

When the customer (who is from the USA) went to another person's Paypal account he could not choose a card type. When he went to mine (in the UK) he said "your paypal was slightly different in the way that you pick a card type..."but" when i filled out the info there and could see that i was not from the uk....it directed me to the same type of page as the first and again would not let me select the card type" Harvey |

Paypal is doing some updates of their sites so I don't know if this is the reason why. It's even taking some time for new transaction to show up in my history. There's a note on the site to this effect. -Ray Edwards | |
