I am launching this great new product with a very high commission for a service. How can I get 100 interested affiliate marketers by the end of the month with just a small list. Should I put together some conference calls and a website explaining what I'm offering? Where should I advertise for the best results the quickest while spending no advertising money? I need some help! |

I'd be interested in the answer too. How can one attract affiliates to a product with high commission without any opt-in list of affiliates?

Post something in the JV section of this forum. Can you PM me the service you are offering/selling? Also, why not become a war room member and hold a WSO? Let those who buy know they can affiliate for you. |

100 is a big #, but not un-doable for a new product. A few things you can do yourself: Make a Youtube video promoting the affiliate program -- Market youtube video Start getting active on twitter -- look for affiliate marketers add them and their friends, tweet about your new offer. Create a "squeeze" page of sorts for affiliates -- submit it to many social bookmarking sites, get backlinks to it, make posts on forums about it, drop and article linking back to it in article directories. Write related blogposts about it. Other Options: Join an Aff network (could be costly). Hire an Affiliate Manager to do it for you Best of luck! |

Join the war room. Give away a free report with great information related to affiliate marketing - at the bottom of the report talk about the opportunity. -or- Run a free WSO with the same report for an opt-in. -or- Do both. |

Quite a few affiliate forums and webmaster forums allow you to advertise your affiliate program. You just need to find the right section and read each forum's rules.

Can I make a little observation? I don't know that it'll actually help you in any way, and it's something that's probably harder to do than what you're trying to work out how to do now: but I think you'd be much, much better off trying to find "10 good, interested affiliates" than just "100 affiliates willing to try it". I suspect this would need a totally different approach, though.

Like Alexa observed, why are you fixed on 100 affiliates. I think if you have a good product, trying to find a jv broker is the better way to go about it. There was a thread recently about it in which some of the top names chimed in. search for jv broker. |

I am a super affiliate myself and I would like to share with you the problems I see. I always see new product owners asking to promote their product without a win-win proposal for both. my suggestion is: 1. find top 10 jv partners (or we call them super affiliates) who can deliver the power and impact of 100 affiliates. 20/80 rule..20 out of these 100 affiliates will only bring you 80% of the results. 2. spend some time getting your sales page optimised. find small list owners..buy solo ads so you can find the max conversion for your sales page... and you need to present these data when looking for super affiliates. 3. build your own list and you can easily do this by doing step 2. 4. aim to get a top affiliate into your jv partners and it is easier to ask the other affiliates to join when they know there is a big name. ask yourself what is the win-win proposal for you and your partners...what do they need? thanks John, my case is different from a regular offer. It is a data backup service offering a great deal to affiliates. One sale could net thousands of dollars depending on the computers that the affiliate gets to backup. If an affiliate gets a business with 500 computers to use our backup service, the commission could be over $10,000 We so far have a website but no real page to drive possible affiliates to and no standard sales page. What would be the course of action from what I have already? Should I create a LP for affiliates and perhaps a LP and Sales Page for new customers? Currently, my website for customers is Skadoit, LLC - Welcome To Skadoit! Protecting America's Data the affiliate page is Skadoit, LLC - registration I really need to target people that want to make real money from home, however, it seems to land big accounts, I should look for people that have sales experience. One account could be 5,000 computers and a cool $15,000 check to the affiliate upfront. |

I really would like the chance to help affiliates make large quantities of sales in one transaction rather than struggle making a $20 commissions hundreds of times a month. This could really help people out who promote this while providing an awesome service that really is a very cheap solution to protecting their computer. |

Hi Ryan, I have looked into your site and this look interesting. Even I have experience promoting physical products, to be honest as a regular affiliate I don't think I can drive traffics to you. It's because I (a regular affiliate) focused on retail products and to promote your product successfully, we have to approach big company. And I don't have such experience, Maybe hiring Marketing staff or franchising your business is the best way to get customer for your business. I suggest you to Try another forum, abestweb(dot)com. They have lots of super affiliate and different audience from Warriorforum. They usually sell physical products. put ads on the site and you may attracts some good affiliates |

offline marketing and sales techniques will work best. Or maybe you need to target other prospects? What do you do that your competitors don't? The competiton in huge in your field. EDIT, after reading your website pages: - Your website is not meant to target large companies, but small companies and individuals ("I lost six months of pictures of our kids", "I had to reload more than 2,000 songs", "As a provider of online computer back up services both for individual computer users as well as businesses with multiple computers", content of your offers, etc.) Who do you want to target exactly? - At the top of each page: "Skadoit offers the only franchise in the online backup industry. Would you like to make $200,000 per year or more?" I would suggest 2 websites: one for customers, one to recruit sales persons. Quote:

![]() They buy solid solutions. I think that before everything else you need to: - Determine who is your main target customer (large companies, small companies, individuals, etc.) - Find something to make your company different than your competitors. - Craft offers and sales material for your target customer. Don't try to sell to "everybody". Or in this case create one website for each type of prospects, and create unique offers and sales material for them. Hope this helps. Didier | |||||

I think using a combination of outside sales reps offline and regular affiliates online would work well. Maybe affiliates would not have the sales skills to bring in huge companies but I'm sure some will give it a shot with the income potential. Many would be happy doing one sale at a time with our 25% upfront payout. Perhaps online my target market is individuals and offline it should be big business. The big difference with us is that we are the only company in our niche to offer a franchise. |

I'm not promoting it here; just want some feedback. I do have some great feedback and right now I'm working on creating some videos and some lead capture pages. The company needs lots of work on their marketing and I am trying to come up with solutions.

Hey Ryan, Seems like no one mentions this, but the best way to recruit affiliates is via product launch. Screw other ways because those methods will most *probably* not work or might eat up too much of your time. If you plan your product launch properly, you can get tons of JV partners who are more than happy to promote your product. When more partners promote your product, that would automatically raise your "gravity" on ClickBank (if it's on CB) and other affiliates will promote it just because the gravity is high. Learn how to do a product launch and how to integrate various "mini-launch" formulas into a product launch. Best of luck. |

Hey warrior, must say i also wanted to have 100 affiliates...but i´ve done a jv for my site some time ago and i´m totaly :-( Because i have 150 affiliates and still no traffic... my launch is on tuesday and i dont know what it brings... so you see.. to have 100 "normal" affiliates brings nothing you have to find the right "power" affiliates. Hope that helps :-) Cheers, Patrick |

10... 100... 1,000 affiliates... it doesn't matter. What really matters is if the affiliates believe in your product. If they believe in your product they will promote it like crazy. So how do you get your affiliates to believe in your product Mike..? I'm glad you asked... ![]() To get affiliates highly interested in your product you have to show them what makes yours better than the competition. What end users will benefit from. but you also need a website that converts well... has a sales process that makes sense to them based on the market. A lot of affiliates like to have promotion tools so they can easily learn about the benefits of your product and construct their own promotions based off the affiliate promotion tools you provide. PLUS... Keep in contact with your affiliates and run special incentive promotions to encourage affiliates to work for you. Of course, a continuity doesn't hurt either... ![]() Those are just a few things you should consider... Mike Hill |

Start building relationships and networking within the niche you are promoting to You really only need a few affiliates with large lists. As many have mentioned in this thread...the amount of affiliates you have means nothing...it is the quality of the affiliates, their list size and their relationship with their list. I was just speaking with a gentlemen from Australia today who just came out of a launch in which he had 2000 affiliates on board and had virtually no sales. Just got done doing a launch last month with a partner in which we had 600 affiliates of which we had a solid 20 with lists that were both large and had well developed relationships....that launch did 7 figures. It comes down to relationships with key people. Good luck with your endeavor. Highest Regards, Sean |

Go look in the JV forum here on WarriorForum.com. Post a message proposing an ad swap. Put together a free ebook or report about affiliate marketing and especially about how to best promote your product. Offer that in the ad swaps. If you don't yet have a list that is IM related, then offer to buy solo emails to the same people offer ad swaps. The solo email will offer the same thing: a free report or ebook about affiliate marketing your product in exchange for their name and email address. When they opt-in to receive that, you capture these affiliate marketers on a list, expose them to your product and it's potential to affiliate marketers. Later, you can approach them for help with the launch. PM me if you want to do an ad swap with me. I have a list of 4,500+ affiliate marketers who purchased something AM related in the prior year. There are lots of others on the JV forum. You can build that list of affiliate marketers in days with ad swaps. |

I haven't read everything in this thread, but thought of a few ways: 1. Create an affiliate contest, and advertise it in all ways mentioned here. (That I haven't read, lol!) 2. Advertise on clickbank. - This might get you loads of "normal" or "newbie" affiliates, but still,if your salespage converts well, and people promote it, it should give you some sales eventually. 3. Post in the JV section here. |

There's a lot of info on this thread, and I can say that I haven't read everything. However, I can say you really just need to make posts in this forum and in the JV section. Maybe alter your signature file for the time being so that people who read your posts might check out your affiliate offers. Also you may want to try jvnotifypro.com, its a pretty good place to get a lot of jv's.

I think 100 affiliates is easily doable if you are active on the forum and people trust your opinions.
