Hi all warriors, like to check what is a possible software online (saw Hubspot, High Rise CRM etc) that is good for managing customer details and tracking them of maybe 5000 - 10000 (i.e. showing alerts when its due to follow up with them)? Does such a software exists?

I think you will try to check Apptivo. They offers simple CRM software with more integrated business applications. You can tracking customers without any confusion. My suggestion is take a free trial of this CRM then make your choice.

I've tried Hubspot and Zoho: both are really good. There's a fair few members who also use infusionsoft.

Regarding 'following up with them' <--- how do you intend to do so? email, call, sms, pigeon mail (lol)?

If you're planning on emails, would look at some autoresponders as a setup. You can automate the behavioural emails to notify them after a certain period or if they've triggered an action.

noted and thank you WRMarcus, i guess for me its like a trigger to say that "hey, the time is up for you to follow with this guy on this item you spoke to him previously" that kind of following-up.

Likely once it triggers, I would sms or whatsapp them as emails would likely go unread while the pigeon may go missing wahaha!

    Hi Sherman,

If you're just started out with CRM, I have found that ZOHO's free memberships are enough to get you started. That said, my CRM needs are pretty minimalistic, so the free tools work out for me.

Infusionsoft is pretty good as in ontraport, tried ZOHO, but their product layout and packages, support is a complete mess. Infusionsoft is fairly simple to use, so I stuck with that.
