Going crazy trying to create an affiliate program for my membership site

I just created a membership site, and I'm getting stumped on creating an affiliate program for it.

I want the affiliate program to be mostly hands-off, (whichever option I go with should handle affiliate payments, refunds and the like), so I'm free to focus on other things.

So, I would like to go with an established affiliate platform that can handle all of the above, rather than just a basic WordPress affiliate plugin that simply creates an affiliate program in my dashboard, and leaves me to handle everything.

The problem is, most of the established affiliate platforms I've seen are way too expensive for me currently. Ones like Shareasale, iDevAffiliate, all have huge starting costs for vendors.

Also I've been unable to find the right combination of membership plugin and affiliate platform that works with 2checkout (my payment processor).

Features of my ideal affiliate platform are-

1. Low cost- I'm looking for one that wouldn't cost me more than $50 to list and get started, even if it has slightly higher processing fees, I'll prefer it.

2. Integrates easily with my payment processor 2checkout.

3. Integrates easily with a membership plugin (I'm yet to find a membership plugin that works with 2checkout, and supports an affiliate platform for a total cost of $150 or less. If any one has any idea, I will be really happy to hear this).

4. Supports recurring commissions for affiliates- I want to be able to offer recurring monthly commissions to my affiliates. I considered using AffiliateWP, but I found out they only support recurring commissions if you buy their very expensive plans (from $200 upwards), so they're out of it.

Any suggestions on which affiliate platform I can use based on the above?
Or comments on how I can go about setting this up?
Its pretty urgent, and I will welcome any pointers.
