Is there Google contacts app

I usually use google contacts service for saving my contacts but for this,i have to upload/export contacts manually. I want to know that is there any app which i use to save my contacts in google server and also in mobile device at same time .
I searched for this one but i could not find such thing.

    I hope I understand what you're asking...

    I'm able to view all of my Google contacts online in Google contacts with the web version, and I'm also able to view these same contacts on my phone (Android) via the Google contacts app as well as on my iPad via the contacts app.

    So, yes, you should definitely be able to access Google contacts everywhere. Hope this is helpful!
