Where am I permitted to giveaway a free educational ebook of lots of value?

It also contains an affiliate offer within. How on this forum can I offer this to people while abiding by all the rules? I may also decide to sell it for $1 or so. Thanks for the guidance.

    You can post it in the Affiliate Program Database Section. Keep in mind that Affiliate Program Database Section is a paid thread, you would need to pay for a listing fee and you must be also a War Room member.

    I have worked in the past with a lady that sells it in the affiliate program database section. I did some research on this and it seems that you need some sort of membership which I imagine would cost money to get.
