What is more attractive for an affiliate?

Hi guys! I have a product on jvzoo but I'm not sure how I should set the payments... my product costs 60$, it has a 30 days guarantee money back, and affiliates earn 50% BUT I'm giving them just one payment... so after the 30 days guarantee money back I pay them...

My question is: is it more attractive for a affiliates if I give them 2 payments? I mean one part of their money after 15 days and the rest after 15 days again? would they be more likely to promote my product if I give them 2 payments?

excuse my english xD Thank you

2 payments doesn't make sense to me. Just one.

What product are you selling if you don't mind me asking?

One payment makes more sense. You have to test and see if you will get a lot of refunds I guess, but one makes sense

No need to make it 2. One would be enough.

Why have you asked this? Are you encountering problems finding affiliates for your products? Maybe the commission isn't the problem.

I think just one payment is ok.
That will protect you against losing money should there be refunds

One payment... and I would lower the price of what you're selling to avoid some serious scammers.

One is perfect, most know they get paid after the refund time has expired unless you have a good relationship with the affiliate

Just pay once but put in place a 30 day "validation period". This is fairly standard in e-commerce affiliate marketing. It allows the merchant the time to ensure that the sale is in place before validating the commission.

Quality of the product will be the deciding factor for affiliates who can actually bring in sales.

I agree to an extent, but this can vary by the type of affiliate they are. You wouldn't want to promote a poor product on a reputable blog where customer loyalty and readership trust are important. However, if something converts well with direct linking from cheap traffic sources, then a lot of affiliates wouldn't really care about the quality of the actual product as it is not affecting their reputation.

Would go for one payment for sure - for me what's most appealing is not the payment method, but the quality of the sales page and the product itself, of course.
