Am I doing this right?

Hello Warriors,

I'm trying to wrap my brain around the steps...

If there is a particular roadmap for this sort of business, I just don't see it...

So far from what I understand is this, and please correct me if I'm wrong...

the process of a funnel is:

1. Squeeze page - getting the customers email before giving them anything so I can grow my list faster.

2. Bridge page *optional -aka the thank you page, where you tell them about the email and thus linking to the sales page.

3. Sales page - where you have your long form sales copy plus a vsl at the top of the page (video sales letter) and an oto (one time offer) or ds (down sell) on other pages or pop ups.

4. order form - where your credit card details go in.

5. order conformation - where you confirm card and purchase info.

6. get money

So.. yeaaa, The thing is if I have this right, how do I get people to buy my offer?

Is there a time limit I should have my offer up for?

any advice would be very helpful,

and thank you for taking the time to read my post

Usually in exchange for the email you want to give something smaller away for free, that will let them get to know you so you're able to sell to them easier.

      Yes and No

To give something away for free to build your list and then in the follow-up email try to sale them something after

A sale funnel, you sale them on something
after the first sale, you upsell one , two, three time to get more money out from the prospect

so one sale become 2 , 3 or 4 more transaction

make sure the you also have a downsale on every up-sale

Are you selling your own product or promoting others?

Yeah, I'm going after promotions first so I get the hang of the controls.

You have described everything you need to have in place to sell a product with a funnel, but there is something missing wich is the blood of online money making, that is TRAFFIC. You Need to put your offer in front of the right people, so it is not only traffic but quality targeted traffic. You can achieve that with paid traffic. there are many products and software around explaining how to get cheap clicks in Facebook, Youtube, and other paid traffic sources

Ok so I am learning about paid traffic now...
every little detail, but I can't seem to get a hold on how long I should run the ads for...

I mean how soon do you see results with paid ads I mean...

      a day... a week... 14 days...

you run the ad for as long as it is profitable. why would you set a time limit ( say 1 week ) and end it on that day if you are making conversions?

    Right.

    This is a little unclear.

    This is several pages.

    5. order conformation - where you confirm card and purchase info.

    6. get money
If you are using Paypal this is a PayPal button. They take care of the rest except delivery.

Here's something to boggle your mind.

That means they decline (politely refuse) the offer.

Here's a quick and easy way to set it up.

    1. Purchase a PLR product, then do a bit of rewriting to make it unique. (Make sure to get the cover artwork redone to reflect the name of your new product. You can get a graphics artist to do it for five bucks at fiverr.com)

    2. Set up a squeeze page to give your product away.

    3. Set up an autoresponder (with at least 7 follow-up messages loaded into it). Make sure the autoresponder directs them to a paid offer immediately after they sign up. This will pay your traffic expenses. (affiliate offers are the easiest)

    4. Send traffic. Paid traffic is the fastest and you can find a TON of solo ad providers on Facebook. Make sure to read the reviews. Also, start out with a small order to see the quality of traffic. Use a link tracker to check conversions and only reorder if you break even or make a profit.

    5. Make more money on the back end by sending additional offers to your subscribers.

what place would you recommend for PLR products?

There a literally TONS of places to get PLR. Do a google search. Make sure to use modifiers if you're looking for PLR in a specific niche. For example, if I were looking for PLR in the Real Estate niche on "how to sell my home", I'd go to Google and type in PLR+"how to sell my home". This would return PLR products that have the term "how to sell my home" in the description. There are several modifiers you can use to get specific with your searches. Do a Google or YouTube search for "search string modifiers". It's amazing what you can do to find very specific results.

As far as solo ad providers, go to Facebook and do a search for Solo Ads. Join a few of the groups. I recommend you definitely join the Elite Solos Group and the Solo Ads Testimonials Group. Take a look at some of the ads posted. Ask questions from some of the other members there. That's how I learned.

A lot of the providers will even offer a discount for your first order. I've gotten very good clicks for as little as $0.35 per click, with 85%+ of them being from top tier countries. As far as specific solo ad providers, I've had really good results with mailings Richy Burns and Kenny Tan.

Hope this helps. Best wishes in your business.

I use Aweber. I'm accustomed to it, so it's easy for me to use. I used to have a Constant Contact account and a Mailchimp account as well, but I didn't like the interface as much, although they're both good services. They all have their plusses and minuses.

You should look into systems that put all that together that have a proven track record. Join them or at least learn from them and apply it on your own. I'm in this process as we speak.

I'm needing advice on how to go about marketing my service and how to create some attention. I'm wanting to catch the attention of a potential advertiser and test running tattooed advertising but in a professional and interactive way. How should I go about contacting potential advertisers and have them actually consider my proposal? Any comments are much appreciated.
