    There is no best niche.
If you're just starting out, take a look at your current knowledge and pick one that you already know about.

    Hi mostaf Kamala,

According to me, the first start in Internet marketing is choosing the niche and second is choosing very high quality product related to that niche.

Three niches are very popular in the market, they are:

1.) Health (fitness, cure for diseases like diabetes, etc)
2.) Beautification (makeup, dress code, etc)
3.) Courses on how to make money online

Choose anyone niche from the above in which you are interested in and select the suitable product and start marketing.

You can do a search on Google Trends to help determine how much interest there is in your prospective niche.
You can do that here: https://trends.google.com/trends/
The site also allows you to compare the niche to other related niches for a side by side comparison. The search will reveal data such as:
-Regions of the world where there is most interest in your niche
-Other popular related topics in your niche
    -Related queries in your niche
This is a good place to start. Hope that helps.

There really are no BEST niches. There very popular niches. Weight loss, Make Money, and Health and Beauty niches just to name some, but it all depends on how you market to these niches. Certain niches work good for certain people. But the key is to break down those general niches into micro niches. Good Luck!

For Amazon, target products with 4 star ratings and above.

For Clickbank, target products between gravity score of 6-100 as in how many affiliates are currently promoting so far.

For other affiliate networks, you may want to check out with other guys. Especially if you are considering CPA marketing.

This is an excellent list of broad markets to search within for a niche.

Taking any one of this list and saying that's your "niche" is a recipe for disaster, especially for a newbie.

Take the "lose weight niche", which is a big one on this forum. Are you talking about men or women? Teens, millennials, GenX, Boomers? Looking to lose five pounds or a hundred? Are they trying to lose weight for cosmetic reasons or health reasons? Trying to stay healthy or regain health? Any food allergies or other challenges? I could go on, but I hope y'all get the point.

Can you see that the "lose weight niche" is actually an enormously broad market with hundreds of true niche markets within it?

The same kind of breakdown could be done with the other nine items on the list. As I said, it is a great list to use as a starting point. All of those broad markets have a lot of money on the table.

The first step is to find a sector of your market that you are most familiar with. It will make it easier to do your market research, content creation, and promotion.
Also, check to see how many people are searching for that, and whether or not the niche is expanding. You're going to be spending a lot of time creating and building your business so it's essential that you're passionate about what you're doing.

Hobbies and activities are also profitable if you target the ones where the customers have a lot of money to spend on their passion.

When something makes someone feel happy or gives them the pleasure they will spend money on it over and over again.

Two things. When you have chosen your broad niche, you need to niche down. Trying for "weight loss" would be impossible - far too much competition. So you'd go for something like "weight loss after pregnancy" where there won't be too much competition.

Having said that, competition is GOOD. I remember Anik Singal, now a multi-millionaire marketer, describing his first venture. He'd chosen a niche and when he started to research it found there was NO competition. He thought that was great because he'd clean up and make a fortune. So he spent weeks creating a product and launched it. It bombed. The reason there was no competition was because there was no demand for products in that niche! So you definitely need to ensure that other people are selling into your chosen niche.

You need to balance what has proven to be profitable with what makes you happy. If you find a niche where things sell great and you can make a lot of money, but it gives you no satisfaction, you will burn out. I've seen this again and again.

Do your research, but also focus on delivering value.

If you deliver value into people's lives, the money will come.

Kamal, that is the wrong question to ask.

The correct question should be -

Based on what I know and my skills set, how can I help other people in getting what they need and want -

In order to give me the $ I deserve and -

Them feeling happy with my products and services as well?

If you look at the successful marketers be it Anthony Robbins, Brian Tracy, Eben Pagan, Robert Kiyosaki, Ryan Deiss etc or even read their books or on their lists, you will notice that they have one thing in common.

That is even if they are not well-educated in studies like most of us, they KNOW how to deliver value and make a difference to people's lives emotionally and financially.

    Through their products and services.

That also brings me back to the question.

Based on what you know and your skills set, how can you help other people to solve their problems or fulfil their wishes?

Most importantly, who are you targeting at?

Because if you are talking about internet marketing as a whole, it is a very broad niche.

Beneath it, there is list building, lead generation, e-commerce, local business consulting, SEO, social media etc.

And my hint is in forums like these and even FB groups are the best way to find your target market.

But that is another topic I will bring up another day.

Dont Jump in any niche just for money... as you get bored in Doing that ...

Just list Down Things you know and you are interested in.... Then Formulate yourself that how can I make Money from That ....

Then Develop that Website and start Becoming an Authority in that .... I Think Doing that will Give you Both Money and Fame ... and the best part is you are doing what you want to do not just jumping on others IDEA

My best niches have been something that I know a bit about and need to find out more.

For example, if you want to move house then you will be eager to find out how the process works.

It's generally better though if you can choose a niche in which you can generate plenty of OC.

    There is no best niche.

The intersection between what you know and where there's a paying market is a good place to start.

Go to Amazon and look through the categories. Walk through a bookstore and look at the magazines in print. Do searches on Google.

You're going to have to do the work. No one can do it for you.

I started in internet marketing in 1997. This August will be my 20th year doing this. I've had several successes over the years, some small, some big, and lots of failures. For every successful thing I've done, I must have had 10 or 12 failures on the side. I learned a lot about niches on the way.

Over the years I have tried around 60 different niches. At one point I was running 32 blogs at the same time, and 200+ little tiny websites. (Don't try to spread out like that - you'll wear yourself out - I learned the hard way it's possible to have too many blogs, too many sites, and too many niches!!!)

While you often hear me telling of the things I tried that worked, you don't often hear me mention the things that didn't work.

In the early days I tried out the "popular" niches (diet, health, beauty, making money, etc) because I thought that to make money online that's what I had to do. Even those are hugely successful niches, I failed miserably with every one of them. Why? The answer was simple: I had no interest in them at all.

I tried the making money with surveys niche. Failed because I lost interest days after starting it.

I tried the healthy vegan diet weight lose niche. Failed because I couldn't get interested in it.

Dozens of failed niches later, it finally hit me what I was doing wrong... I had NO INTEREST in any of the niches I had tried! In every case I was doing the niche because someone told me it was popular. In every case I was bored out of my mind.

How did I finally stop failing and start succeeding? I stopped looking to others to find out what niches were popular and instead started looking to my own every day activities to see what niches I actually WANTED to focus on.

What did I do in my spare time? I read comic books, write Yaoi novels, play video games, grow roses, embroider tapestries, sew costumes, CosPlay at conventions, paint water colours & acrylics, draw crayon art, and build art cars... oh yeah, and talk to Etiole. (I'm EelKat, Etiole's friend, hello! ... I dare you to Google THAT and find out who Etiole is and just exactly what being Etiole's friend means... but... keep reading, I'll tell you in a minute ... who or rather what... Etiole is.)

    So...

I tossed aside weight lose and beauty and went super geek on my niches, focusing on comic books, CosPlaying, and writing Yaoi... oh, yeah... and talking about Etiole to any one who'd listen.

Today? I'm now an expert in my fields.

I'm #1 in the Unicorn Porn niche

I'm #1 in the Haunted Car niche

I'm #1 in the Lord Sesshomaru CosPlay niche

I'm #1 in the ravel writing niche Old Orchard Beach, Maine History

I'm in the top ten in the niches:

    Homelessness,

    Car Dwelling

    Gypsy Culture

    OtherKin

    ElvenKin

    Art Car Building

    Transgender Awareness

And you know what my #1, top, most popular niche ever was? The niche that set me apart from everybody else and had me finally bringing in a large income online? A niche so small that I cornered the market on it:

    Amphibious Aliens

Yep. That's it. My #1 niche ever. Amphibious Aliens, as in people being abducted by aliens that are frog-like. I interview abductees, contactees, channelers, etc. I'm now friends with Whitley Streiber, and was friends with Buddy Hopkins the last few years of his life. MUFON researchers come to me for advice. Amphibious Aliens is my most profitable niche ever. It's the niche that makes me the most money. I'm one of exactly 3 people out their who has this niche as a topic.

My #1 niche is... oh, let me just give you a visual for it... here, meet Etiole...

Why was THAT, my number 1 money making niche?

Because it is the one thing I do more then anything else.

Yes, I know, most people think I'm crazy as a bat out of hell, me with my "little pet alien", but he certainly is profitable, I'll give him that.

I may be a crazy old lady who talks to aliens, but, you gotta admit, when it comes to narrow focusing my niche to a fine point that can't get any narrower, I certainly did that, and... it being a very UNIQUE niche, I have absolutely ZERO competition. And cornering the market on a niche that NO ONE ELSE is cover, certainly pays the bills.

    The lesson here...

Do what you love to do, and find a way to make it pay the bills. Whatever your favourite hobbies are, that is best niche for you.

What is the best niche for you to focus on? Look to your daily activities and your fun time hobbies to find the answers.

Don't do the same things everyone else is doing... find the the thing NO ONE else is doing, the thing you LOVE doing, become an expect at it, own it, make that niche so much your own, that your name become synonymous with it.

Does not have to be iM if you don't want to.

Then pick an affiliate product relevant to that and build a landing page around it.
