From $100 to $0 to $400 to $16. Should I Change Monetization Models?

Hey Warriors,

I've had this site for a year and a half and it's had it's ups and downs:

Find Out Where to Download Movies Online

It was at $100/month at one time, then went to earning nothing, then shot up to $400/month, then down to nothing, then to about $16/month.

This was all from affiliate programs. The $400/month was from a questionable Clickbank product. Now I've got another Clickbank product up, just to see how it works.

The thing is, I have some excellent rankings on Yahoo! and Bing, for terms like Where to download movies, download movies online... I'm on the front page of Yahoo and Bing.

I'm just wondering if I should take a different approach. Change the design, maybe switch to Adsense or even CPA offers.

So, I'm asking all you Warriors your advice. If this was your site, what you do with it?

Any help on this one? Could really use it.

I slapped up some Adsense on the top, just to see what would happen... nothing so far.
