A lot of web hosts provide you with help desk scripts... Check your cPanel and see if you have Fantastico... In there you might find that you already have free help desk scripts that you can use.

Perldesk is another one that is very useful, though to be honest we found it to be a tad clumsy to use at first, (Why we changed to Kayako) I know some folks swear by Perl tho Kim |
