I have a site.
I can load this just http://www.abc.com OR http://abc.com When I check google snapshot, it had indexed http://abc.com but NO CACHE SNAPSHOT FOR http://www.abc.com It seems, my previous webmaster had done some wrong. So, If I want to get good SERP, Do I have to go with http://abc.com or http://www.abc.com Advice me

It doesn't really matter. If all your links are to abc.com, this is what will be shown. If links are to www.abc.com then that will be the one. They are really two different subdomains but Google sees that they are the same content.

All your links have to be consistent throughout your site.

Go to Google's webmaster tool and set it up like you'd like Google to "see" your site (with or without www).

Technically, these are different entities. Apart from setting a preferred domain it is best to redirect the non-preferred one so you could get the benefit of all links you can get (other people won't necessarily link to your preferred version, so that's how it works).

Both versions are the same, so technically theres nothing to worry about it. Google already knows about it.

I'd make the links consistent on the site, go into webmaster tools via google and tell them the preferred domain name, and then make sure you redirect all traffic from the one domain to the other via a 301 , example: abc-com/anything 301's to www-abc-com/anything -- This way you are covered in an SEO aspect. As far as cached versions, etc - don't worry too much about that.
