After reviewing your reconsideration request, Google still believes that website violates Google Webmaster Guidelines. Therefore, we have not reincluded the offending pages back in our search results in order to maintain a quality experience for users. Only submit a new reconsideration request after you have made the necessary changes to your content.
Fix this problem now::
1
Update your pages to meet Google Webmaster Guidelines
Remember: we reject reconsideration requests consisting of empty or blank sites. Make sure you submit revised content that is original and relevant to your site.

I had done some reviews, some linkclocking. While writing reviews I used product emages from vander. Is it causing my website?

Please guide me in this regard. Should I create new website and forget 4 years old website?

What was the original reason for flagging?

I had got message like below.....

Pages on this site appear to use aggressive spam techniques such as automatically generated gibberish, cloaking, scraping content from other websites, and/or repeated or egregious violations of Googles Webmaster Guidelines.

      Then it's simple.

      Stop doing those things.

It's like the patient that tells his doctor, "Doc, it hurts like heck when I twist my arm like this. What should I do?"

Doc says "Don't twist your arm like that."

You have copy paste the content from other site and cloaking the links in wrong way. Better made necessary changes before apply for consideration.

Is it the site linked in your sig? If so, it only took me opening the 3 latest blog posts to see the problem:

When Google says "empty" or "blank" pages, they mean pages with fewer then 400 words on them. Every blog post on your site is 1, 2, maybe sometimes 3 sentences at most, followed by an embedded YouTube video.

The YouTube Videos being "reviews" and by review what it is, is you typing up SOMEONE ELSE's review off Amazon, ClickBank, etc into a 1 to 2 minute text based video.

I'm sorry, but Google is right. You have NO CONTENT on your pages. You are providing nothing unique, useful, original, or of value.

Your site must consistently have blog posts of 1,000 to 2,000 words per article before Google will read you to their search index.

And NEWSFLASH: stealing someone else's reviews, putting the text in a video, is a form of "scraped content". Google was right to say your site is scraped content. I just looked at your site. It's right there. Stolen content plain as day. Did no one ever teach you stealing was wrong? You are going to have to stop stealing other people's hard work and start doing some work of your own if you want Google to not play hardball with you.

Here's a tip: stop being a criminal and Google will stop treating you like one. I'm sorry, but stealing is a crime and, be thankful it only Google unidexing you and not the copyright owners taking you to court. Stealing reviews, like stealing anything else is a federal crime punishable with upto $50,000 fine and 25 years in prison. You better start praying Google doesn't start making a policy of contacting copyright owners when they find stolen content... you do know they said they are planning to do that in one of their future updates, right? RankBrain has a goal of not only finding stolen content but with in the next year or so Google is going to start aggressively shutting down criminal thieves by not only unindexing the stolen content but also notifying the copyright owners.

I'm sorry your parents didn't have enough decency to teach you to not steal and that you have to learn from it from a stranger online, but, hey, stealing is in fact wrong, and Google was right to unindex stolen content.

    Don't steal.

    It's as simple as that.

    Scraped content is stolen content.

Google does not support criminal activities. Stealing is a criminal activity.

To correct the problem do this:

    Write your own content.

Make sure all of your blog posts are 1,000+ words.

Don't steal other people's reviews. Instead, try the product yourself and write your own review.

    Be original.

    Be unique.

Write useful things that provide value.

And don't steal other people's work.

It's very easy to create your own blog posts, your own reviews. Google rewards unique content.

Take this as a lesson learned, just follow the rules: be unique, write content, don't steal; and you'll be all set to resubmit to Google.

Thanks for detail guidance to my questions. At first I want to clear that in my blog post
Video Wave Review and Exclusive Bonuses I have used my own video which you are thinking that I have stolen from anywhere. I had uploaded it at Youtube and then used it at my blog post. As you said I had written short review under that video, but video was mine. In post Fifteen People to Follow on Twitter I searched lot and created the original post over 500 words.
I had done few reviews and used images, articles provided by affiliate site. I had changed the given articles also.

In one of list building tutorial I have used some videos which I have MMR rights and few videos provided by Getresponse affiliate program. I agree that I have not written much text in that tutorial.

      Lesson I learned...

      1) Don't trust MMR right giveaway videos, ebooks etc,
      2) write over 600 words articles only. Not create post which have more videos and less text.
      3) Don't do link cloacking.

EelKat, I have decided to delete almost all post and start fresh. I may have done mistakes unknowingly but I will try my best to develop website according to your guidance. After that I will send review inspection to Google.

Thanks to all for guiding me in this issue. Believe me I have not stolen any content. I may have made some mistakes unknowingly. I personally hate that tactics.

Google now warns users when they detect malware on a website with the ominous message "This site may harm your computer". Few people will go past that warning to your website. So, if your site has been flagged with this warning message, you should consider it as compelling evidence that your site has been hacked and that you need to take immediate action.

As I say, few users will visit a site that is marked as being dangerous, so you can't simply hope the problem will go away by itself. To get the warning removed, you first have to clean up your website by actually removing the malware and closing the breach in your security. This isn't really an SEO Tip, but if your site is flagged, none of your search engine optimization efforts will help you regain your traffic. This article contains my recommendations on fixing a hacked site, how to remove Google's malware warning, and a Website Malware Prevention Checklist.

  • First do an audit of your website yourself, follow the guideline provided by them and remove cloaking that you have done for your website.
