I don't think posting your website URL is necessary for your question. Removed it since you are only asking for some leads.

Conversion management is an art ow, it is not just getting traffic there (as you have found out the hard way now). You need to read more and a lot more about how to make a good converting landing page, have a look at Conrvtionxl website, they have neat and helpful articles on their site.
You can have a look at our blog particularly this article: https://www.alexanders.co.nz/blog/co...-optimisation/

Make sure you plan well before just creating pages and content. Use some wire framing tools such as Moqups.
    Good luck

I'm also a newbie on internet marketing. Still browsing and look around. What about trying the Blogashop to bring leads maybe that can help increase traffic on long term and will probably give better conversion. Sound practical and workable if only it really mean to invest just a one-off $29 early bird. BTW anyone out there had tested the product...maybe can share your experience, me still not start anything. Yet to try..

You'd be much better off to invest in Facebook advertising if you are going to spend money on paid ads. You can laser target your audience on Facebook and that alone will improve your conversion rate.

Of course, your landing/squeeze page is going to mean just about everything when it comes to converting this traffic.

It's not hard to get someone to enter their email address into an opt-in form if you have something they really want.

What do you mean by "CPA website," though? Are you sending traffic directly to an affiliate offer or are you advertising your own lead capture page on CPA networks to get leads?

If you are not sending that traffic to a squeeze page that belongs to you and adding them to your own list so you can contact them later, you are essentially wasting that traffic IMO.

Whenever you pay good money for targeted traffic, you need to be building a list so you can market to those leads in the future.

Sending the traffic directly to a CPA/PPL/affiliate offer sales page is a total waste. You need to capture those leads for yourself.

How many clicks has your campaign had so far?

What sort of giveaways and deals does your website offer?

If the offers are email submits, then that would explain the lack of conversions because those offers typically have a very low conversion rate because they don't convert just when someone enters their email address. They usually have to complete further information.

2 really good guys I have hired on wso forum.

I mean with FACEBOOK, the targeting is so good these days, you can find out what they eat on wednesday at lunch.

and what time they visit the bathroom in the morning to do their business. LOL.

haha. Well a little bit too much info there. OK, but you get my drift. But becareful outsourcing to FB .... if you want someone who is of a quality standard, then you will have to pay a bit extra, but the results will speak for themselves.

I hire outside of fb too, but I rarely share my resources, cause they are too good to saturate.

We'll need more information to be able to help.
    How are you driving traffic?
    How are you targeting?
How much traffic are you getting?
How many offers have you tested?
    etc, etc

There are many factors that influence conversion.
First, quite possibly you have a non-conversion site,
and the second it could be you have a bad tuned campaign.

It's better you post this in PPC forum.

When you say you have 30% people click, but they don't convert, it's giving you a clue. Is the offer already a working well offer??

Is your landing page/post driving them on intention?? E.g., You might have got the visitor by using a Keyword say 'Free + keyword' or 'Top + keyword' or something isn't a buyer keyword. Then if you simply ask them to checkout this product, you would not see conversions.

Even if they are jus giveaways, you would not see conversions if they are not targeted appropriately.

Check your keywords , your ad copy & your landing page. Ad relevancy plays a vital role in PPC campaigns.

    Hey Chef Salma

I only use Facebook paid ads not Adwords or Bing but I have an experience recently which may be able to help you.

I was running ads to a particular offer than I couldn't get to convert, or if they did the opt-ins were coming in way too expensive.

I tried optimising the ads themselves (image and copy), I tried targeting different audiences, a variety of landing pages but I still couldn't get it to work.

Long story short, It was my offer that sucked. No one in my market place (or very few) actually wanted what I was offering hence the poor conversion.

I would make sure the 'free thing' you are giving away is something your market actually wants or if it's CPA, an offer that is proven to convert.

However, you should be sending paid traffic to a squeeze page so you can collect names and email addresses so you are building a list. Don't send traffic direct to an affiliate offer.

If you do this you only get one chance to make the sale, if you build a list you get several.

    I hope that helps

I didn't think this was possible, everyday on the warrior forum you read:

'You either pay with time or money'

It can't be that paid also takes time to get right?

      Unfortunately that is right

Paid traffic is certainly quicker than free traffic but you need to have an offer that actually converts in order to make paid traffic work which can take time to get right.

The good thing abut paid is you can find out very quickly whether or not your offer converts, the idea is to start small while testing and when you have a campaign that works then scale it up. if it doesn't work ditch it and move on.

Paid traffic still takes time to learn but you can scale so much faster than free traffic.

Dan and several others are on the right track.

Your ad, your landing page and your offer are not discrete events. They all have to be steps on a path, with each step being the next logical step to take.

It sounds like you are doing well until the next step is submitting the offer. For some reason, hitting the submit button is not the next logical step to take.

It could be, as in Dan's case, that your visitors simply aren't interested in the offer itself.

It could be a mismatch in expectations from your landing page to the offer.

Heck, with the freebie/giveaway crowd, it could be an offer they've already submitted.

If the giveaways are for gift cards or tech toys ("win a free iPad"), there may be trust issues.

I almost fell for one that came in the mail as a post card. It offered a gift card to a local restaurant in return for filling out a survey. All of the copy made it look like the offer was coming from the restaurant chain.

Until you got to the survey itself. That's when you learned that in order to collect the gift card, you had to agree to a home visit from a "personal energy advisor". Not sure if it was siding, windows or solar panels, but is was something like that. The sales rep - I mean personal advisor - would deliver the gift card after a "free consultation."

In the smallest, lightest print they could legally get away with, they had a disclaimer that they were not affiliated with or connected to the restaurant chain.

The post card hit the recycle bin.

I'm guessing that many of the people hitting your button to the offer page are experiencing the same thing.

I had a look at your website you sent me, none of the links are genuine, pictures are fake, all giveaways are fake, everything link to Yahoo or other ads and nothing says what it says it is doing.
    Can you clarify on that?

There are two problems that could occur:

    1. Maybe the traffic is not good enough. It could be that you simply do not target your campaigns well enough so that uninterested people come to your landing pages.

    2. There is no clear strategy on how to turn visitors into leads. Do you have singups? Do you have white papers? Do you use gated content? Why should the people coming to you share their contacts with you?

Paid traffic can sometimes do more harm then good if you get it from unreliable sources. Make sure that the traffic you are getting is very well targeted and you pay only to bring visitors to your site that are actually interested in your product.

Now, once you get them on your website, if you are not sure why they aren't converting you can use some CRO tools like hotjar or userTrack.
