Here is something that all those who are involved in article marketing can do to increase the quantity of their articles, whilst keeping quality as well. This will allow you to come up with original content from one seed article.

So, as with anything else around, there are many ways by which you can explain something to people. This can also be said to be true in regards to articles. The following are ways by which you could write your articles differently:

1. Straight To The Point

This is the usual method that people write in. It involves writing in a fashion where you explain things in a how-to way. Can also be a quick guide or a solution to a problem.

2. Question And Answer

This will allow you to flip your article and make it in a question and answer format. This means that you article will be in an FAQ kind of format. You ask the question and you also provide the answers which will help your reader.

3. What Not To Do

An alternative to a "straight to the point (number 1)" article is a what-not-to-do article. In this type of article, you will take whatever you wrote in the first article, and make the opposite of it, giving the reader the things that he should not be doing if he wants to solve a problem that he is experiencing.

4. Choose An Answer

This is a 'quiz' type of article. As we all know, people love quizzes. Here, you provide a question and a couple of answers after each question. You will then go over the question and explain what the different types of answers really mean and what the best answer is. You can also give the reader 'points' according to what he has answered.

5. Follow The Instructions

In this type of article, you will provide a step by step guide for the reader to follow. Pretty self explanatory.

6. Story

Here you create a story which can be either a true one or fiction. This will allow you to basically accomplish the following -

a) make the reader feel connected to yourself if whatever you say in the story is something that has happened to him and
b) you will also gain his attention and trust - if you tell the story in a correct way.

7. Checklist

Similar to follow the instructions, you should provide the reader with a list of things that he or she should be able to do in order to arrive to a possible solution.

Ok, so you can now take this list and use it to multiply your article quantity.

Cheers,
Kevin

      Interesting...

I'd just like to say that although this post is informative and may be useful, it fails to deliver on the promise of the thread title.

Damn, I hate to have to say this, but if you're looking for work as a writer, you really need to pay attention to how you word things. Not trying to knock you......simply trying to help.

Thanks for your feedback. This was my first 'contribution' on the warrior forum and therefore, I was not really sure how it would be taken

Can't say that I agree with you mate.

Why doesn't it deliver? I mean all you have to do is change the wording and structure just a little bit, maybe add a little content for some of the points. Might take you a maximum of 3-4 minutes and you will have a new article.

Well the title says they're free. That would involve no more work from me or anybody else. Time is money as they say.
This is taking the article and rewriting it in a unique way. It's very useful advice and I thank you for it and for the examples.
Mostly my comment was me being a smart ass. I wasn't suggesting your post wasn't useful. It is in fact very useful. Keep up the good work.

Actually this is a wonderful way to build your link-wheels! Link wheels are traditionally shown to have six outer nodes each linked to one of the others and each linked to the central point. By having the six variations on the single article, you create a much richer SEO for that targeted set of keywords.

I will be using this and have already copied the post to my "swipe file of good ideas". Thanks.

great observation David. I didn't really think of link wheels when writing the original post, however, you're right. Having six (if you're using this number) articles in such a fashion will make it better SEO-wise

Here is another idea to make it seven or more articles - take those article variations that lend themselves to being read aloud, and make an audio or even a video (or both) and put those in you blog, or send them as email-postcards.

You could go back to all the articles you wrote the "old way" and generate content for the next year this way.

yeah this is a very great idea. taking articles and turning them into other formats such as video and audio is always a great idea.

It will only take up a couple of minutes, however as we all know videos can convert much higher in some cases.
